Dear Everyone;
Moron Bush wants to create new generation nuclear warheads. It seems the old ones are wearing out and degenerating. The dumb doofus should instead be working with all the nuclear warhead owning countries to dismantle their nuclear weapons. Talk about being a ten gallon hat on a one gallon head or is it a 20 watt bulb in a 100 watt bulb world. Bush is the epitomy of DO'H!
