ballot initiatives

I also agree with Morey that it would be good if a summary of our
ballot positions is posted on the LPSF website. So, please come to
the LPSF meeting of October 8 when we will be voting on the official
recommendations. I am hoping Bryce will be able to post the results
on the website soon after the meeting.
