Thank you to Phil for not only voting for the initiative of his
choice, but also writing a proposed text. Regarding the book (is it
Curb Rights: A Foundation for Free Enterprise in Local Transit, by
Daniel B. Klein?) I remember Kelly recommended it at one meeting as
an excellent source of information on the subject.
I will risk sticks and stones one more time and suggest other
activists also vote on their initiative of choice.
