Using the voters sympaties for the blind and handicapped to help pass
a much larger street repaving bond issue is unbecoming of

this bond measure be funded by resposible management and
peioritization of existing city resources.Do not burden the present
and future able bodied, rich, poor, and disabled citizens of San
Francisco with additional dsbt and interest costs. For the benefit of
all please demonstrate fiscal responsibility and reject the
debt finacing of street maintenance.
