Thanks, Richard -- you're right of course, I did forget that. Which means I got the sequence backward -- Donnelly is probably *not* the best choice in the primary, but if he makes it into the "top two" under this flawed system designed to weed out alternative party candidates, then he could well be the best of the two candidates remaining on the ballot.
