Well, when I started out I was just going to rewrite one line of Les' argument against Prop. G (the line where he said that "The people who argue against corporate personhood never apply the same reasoning to political participation by unions", since I think the more libertarian-minded opponents of corporate personhood do apply their arguments to unions as well), but as I started thinking more about the whole issue, I ended up writing an entirely new argument!
I've copied the text of that argument below, and also attached it as an Open Office document.
