Dear All;
Some good news about medical marijuana in California.
The third district court of appeal issued a decision which
said medical marijuana patients can sue for damages
when California polizei destroy their crops.
Note: this is based on California medical marijuana law
not the federal law which still criminalizes any pot grower.
Chances are pretty good the case will end up with the
State Supreme Court.
The case once again points out the dichotomy of federal
laws vs. state laws and how far states can go with
ruling themselves without federale interference.
