Americans for Safe Access wins important federalism victory!

Excellent news! While government I.D. cards for cannabis patients are a dubious blessing in my view (I don't know about you, but I'd rather not have my medical info stored in a government database), the decision that federal law does not trump state law in this instance is an important one. As Don Duncan writes for ASA, the consequences of the ruling may affect people in other states as well as in California, and with the country teetering on the precipice of moving toward a full-on police state, getting power decentralized and away from Washington D.C. is more than ever a key issue.
