Americans for Safe Access Sues to Make Feds Eat Words

The legal fight over marijuana law has arguably been in Alice In Wonderland territory for some time, but it seems to be getting "curiouser and curiouser." Some day people will be able to look back and laugh at this the way we can laugh at -- well, fill in your own historical absurdity.

Love & Liberty,

Wouldn't it be great if politicians and federal
employees were held civilly liable for every lie or
misstatement that they make about an issue?
Considering the "honesty" of most, they'd just stay
quiet all the time rather than risk going bankrupt due
to an hour's worth of statements.

And wouldn't that be sweet relief for our beleagured
populace? People talking, politicians not shouting
them down.

Cheers,

Brian
