CTV has a poll that asks "Should the sale of marijuana seeds be illegal?" Careful with the wording -- I almost voted "yes" by accident! Such confusion may explain why the current numbers are unfavorable.
The SF Chronicle's weekly poll asks whether the estate tax should be repealed. Note that they have a new poll every week, so this is a good site to visit regularly!
Along the same lines, hit up Vote.com every couple weeks or so to vote in all their current polls (right now there are 14, including topics such as random bag searches on New York city transit, Karl Rove, and the Supreme Court nomination):
