Based on the fact you would first have to get lower superior courts involved to give the suit some seasoning as it's referred to - probably in the low neighborhood of above $100,000 as a starting point. Elsewise the Supreme Court will not review for placing on the court schedule for arguments.
Got a spare $100,000 or more??
