The word "Freedom" has been co-opted by the Left to include positive rights, e.g., freedom from disease and starvation, and freedom to get education, a living wage, housing, etc.
I prefer "Liberty" which the Left uses sporadically, but has not yet succeeded in distorting in mass usage. Mises defined "liberty" as "freedom from Govt."
How about "San Francisco Libertarians," as suggested by Marcy and Ron?
